Thank you, Amy, for the wonderful compliments. We had so much fun making the homemade marshmallows. I think it should be a prerequisite to hot chocolate and campfires that everyone should have to make at least one batch. LOL There just isn’t any comparison to a store-bought marshmallow. I never thought to make homemade marshmallows. I followed your video to the T and they were incredible.
