Garlic Shrimp over Angel Hair Pasta

2 lbs of cleaned shrimp

3 Tablespoons of Butter

10 cloves of minced garlic

1 1/2 cups of white wine (I use Chardonnay)

3/4 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 teaspoon of Old Bay (optional)

1 teaspoon of Chicken Seasoning.

1 lb of Angel Hair Pasta (cooked according to package directions.  I normally add about a 1/4 cup of Olive Oil to the pasta water for extra flavor and avoid pasta from sticking together.)

In a medium size pot or large fry pan, melt butter and add garlic. Now add wine, olive oil, Old Bay and Chicken Seasoning and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat to simmer and add Shrimp. Simmer the shrimp in the broth stirring and flipping the shrimp to cook them evenly.  They will cook relatively fast and turn pinkish color and close up tightly when cooked.  Don’t over cook the shrimp because they will get tough.
