Maryland Crab Cakes
- 1 lb of cleaned crab
- 2 Eggs
- 4 Tablespoons of Mayonaise
- 1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
- 1 Teaspoon Worcester Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1 Teaspoon Old Bay
- 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
- Optional Hot Sauce to taste.
Directions:
Blend Eggs, Mayo, Yellow Mustard, Worcester Sauce, Dry Mustard, Old Bay, Lemon Juice, Bread Crumbs and optional Hot Sauce together in a bowl until well mixed. Gently fold in Crab Meat and fold a few time to mix ingredients together. Scoop out a nice handful of mixture and form into a paddy. Make 6 paddies out of this mixture. In a large fry pan, add your favorite oil and bring to a med-high heat. Add a few crab cakes and fry until golden brown on each side. Serve hot or cold, they are delicious!

Excellent tip to fold in the crabmeat as last ingredient. Very tasty and easy to prepare. Thanks.
