Here is a “Thinking Outside the Box” recipe that I think your family will really enjoy. Beer-Can Chicken. Simple to make requires little interaction and produces some of the juiciest, tender and delicious chicken you’ll ever enjoy!
Beer Can Chicken.
Cooking time: 1 1/2 – 2 Hours, Prep Time: 10 minutes, Preheat Grill to 400 – 600 degrees.
1 Cleaned 5 – 6 lb Chicken
1 16oz Can of Beer
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
McCormick’s Montreal Chicken Seasoning
Clean and pat dry your chicken. Prepare the can of Beer by removing about 2 oz of Beer from the can. Remove the Opener Tab and punch two pencil diameter holes on the top of the can and set aside. Spray or brush the chicken with a liberal amount of Extra Virgin Olive Oil inside the chicken and all over the outside as well. Sprinkle about 2 Teaspoons of Chicken Seasoning all around the inside cavity of the Chicken and rub it into the Olive Oil. Now rub a liberal amount of Chicken Seasoning all over the outside of the Chicken. Now place the Chicken into the Can of Beer and the Chicken should sit firmly erect on the can with its legs supporting the chicken from falling. Now shut off half your grill and place the Beer-Can Chicken on that side of the Grill. Check the temperature of your grill and adjust the temperature to it keep it between 375 and 400 degrees. Don’t open the grill for at least 30 minutes, because you’re cooking with heat. For smaller chickens, check every 15-20 minutes until the chicken internal temperature is 180 degrees or more and remove from grill. Let Chicken stand 10 minutes before cutting and plating.

Cook time: 15 – 20 Minutes, Prep Time: Minutes

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Aluminum Foil
Remove the husk and remove all the Corn silk from the Corn. Cut the aluminum foil big enough to wrap the entire ear of corn without over wrapping. Spray or brush the ear of corn with a light coating of Olive Oil and sprinkle approximately 1/4 teaspoon of Garlic Salt on each ear. Wrap each ear of corn tightly with the aluminum foil. Place on grill and turn every 5 minutes until tender. Unwrap corn and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and allow to melt. Bon Appetit!

McCormick’s Montreal Chicken Seasoning
Wash potatoes and scrub skin to remove any dirt. Towel dry the potatoes and set aside. Cut your aluminum foil to cover the entire potato without double wrapping. Lay each potato on their aluminum foil wrapper and spray or brush with a liberal amount of Olive Oil. Sprinkle about a 1/2 teaspoon of Chicken Seasoning on each potato and wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Place on grill. Depending on the size of your potatoes, it could take anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes or more for your potatoes to cook. When the potatoes are soft to touch, remove and add your toppings, i.e., Butter, Sour Cream, Bacon, Chives, Dill, etc.
