Sea Scallops with Lemon Butter.
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil.
1 Tablespoon of Butter.Heat frying pan
Heat frying pan over a medium-high heat with butter and olive oil. Now add Scallops and Brown each Scallop about 90 seconds on the top and bottom. Scallops become translucent when cooked and begin to split. Don’t overcook scallops. When you turn them the first time, begin your Lemon Butter.
Lemon Butter
3 Tablespoons of Butter
1 Fresh Lemon for juicing and zesting.
Zest the lemon for 1 teaspoon of Lemon Zest. Juice the lemon and set aside. In a small pan, melt Butter until creamy. Add zest and lemon juice to butter and pour over Scallops once plated. Serve immediately.
