
Fresh Organic Strawberry Spring Mix Salad Topped and Homemade Strawberry Dressing
Here is a simple and easy to make fresh organic strawberry spring mix salad that is refreshing, delicious and very healthy for you. - Baby Spinach
- Baby Green Romaine Lettuce
- Baby Red Romaine Lettuce
- Tango
- Baby Red Oakleaf Lettuce
- Baby Green Oakleaf Lettuce
- Baby Red Chard
- Baby Green Chard
- Lolla Rosa
- Arugula
- Baby Greenleaf Lettuce
- Baby Redleaf Lettuce
- Avocado, sliced into 1/4″ slices
- Chia Seeds
- Black Walnuts
- Fresh Strawberries, roughly chopped into bite-size pieces.
Organic Strawberry Dressing Ingredients: (2 Servings)
- 6 Large Organic Strawberries
- 1/3 cup of oil (Avocado, Peanut, Grape Seed, or any other neutral-flavor vegetable oil)
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- 3 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
Puree strawberries and add remaining ingredients, mix well and served chilled.
Instructions:
