Quiche made easy!

This recipe is for one Quiche Pie, but I strongly advise to making a few at a time!  They freeze well and heat up in minutes.

1 Pre-made Froze Pie Crust (Thawed)

6 Large Eggs

4 oz of Chopped Ham

6 ozs of Spinach (Steamed and Drained)

4 ozs of Chopped Mushrooms (Sauteed in Butter or Olive Oil until tender, then drained)

8 ozs of Mozzarella Cheese

1 cup of Whole Milk

4 ozs. of Italian Sausage  (Cooked and Drained)

Salt and Pepper to taste.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a bowl, add eggs, Milk, Salt and Pepper and mix well. Set aside.  Using a 9″ pie plate, roll-out Pie Crust and form to the Pie Plate.  Trim excess crust.  Begin layering Ham, Spinach, Mushrooms, and Sausage and cover with Mozzarella Cheese.  Now spoon the Egg mixture into the pie until filled.  Using your finger, insert into the mixture and stir it around to blend.  Bake for approximately 30 minutes, test with a toothpick to ensure the center is cooked.  Always make sure to drain everything very well to avoid a soggy Quiche!
